Arrived Homes recently released its Q4 performance, giving investors a look at the platform's first full calendar year of operation.
After experiencing some of the fastest appreciation in home values in history, Arrived properties saw a slight decrease in value during the fourth quarter and share prices declined by an average of 4% for specific properties.
However, dividends on long-term rentals averaged 2.0% to 7.9% and the values of most properties are still up from the beginning of 2022.
Arrived paid out over $1.2 million in dividends in 2022. $530,000 of that was just during Q4.
Overall, Arrived investors generated a total of $2.6 million of wealth during 2022.
