Saw an article here on Benzinga about new rental properties on Arrived Homes. Has anyone invested in them yet? Is it a legit investment?

I've invested in 6 different properties on there. I just did the $100 minimum on the first couple to see how it went, but put between $500-$1000 in the last few. It takes a few months until you start getting paid dividends and the payouts aren't huge, but they're reliable. It ultimately depends on how you think the housing market will do over the next few years. I personally think prices will rise slowly but rent still has a lot of room to grow.

This looks interesting. I have about $500 to put into something to start. Should I do 5 different properties at $100 each or just put $500 into one?
