I've been looking at startups on different crowdfunding sites for a while but nothing has really gotten me too excited until now. I've been saying for a while now that we're going to start seeing a lot less stick built homes in new construction. Labor shortages have been a problem in skilled trades for quite a while so I don't see any other logical way to really tackle the housing shortage other than mass produced housing.
I could see one of the big housing REITs adapting this model soon and I think that would make this company ripe for a big acquisition.

Looks like you got in early on that crazy @terrycook I think that was the first startup crowdfunding deal I've seen go viral like that. Make sure to keep us posted with how it turns out.

Solid move! I was just reading about the company the other day. Huge government contract successfully fulfilled plus an investment and big order from the biggest player in the home building space D.R. Horton.
